Notice of Change to Payment Process
From 1st September 2025, all bookings must be made and paid for through Hallmaster, our online booking system.
This change will help reduce the administrative burden on our volunteers by eliminating the need to handle cash, process bank deposits, issue manual invoices, and confirm bookings individually. While we appreciate that “cash is king,” moving to an online system allows us to keep costs low and free up our volunteers’ valuable time.
The savings we make will be passed directly back to you through our commitment to keeping hall hire prices affordable. As a small gesture of thanks, we’ll also continue to provide complimentary tea and coffee for our hirers.
